What each of Odyssey’s ten agents does, and the guardrails built into it.
Governed AI for Australian hospitals, health services and general practices. Odyssey is our platform for hospitals and healthcare: one platform with ten agents — three Clinical Admin Agents that wait for a clinician, and seven Practice Management Agents that do the work around the visit.
Your people. Nothing clinical happens without a named clinician, and for safety flags, risk scores, tests and medicines there is no setting that skips that step. The Practice Management Agents prepare work for your staff, and your staff decide and send.
Every clinical statement has to point at the part of your record it came from. If it cannot, the statement is removed and the work stops before anyone reviews it. Codes are also checked to confirm they exist, are in scope and agree with the published clinical rule.
Everything is hosted in Australia, end to end. Your data never leaves the country and is never used to train a model. The platform is built to the ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and SOC 2 control sets.
Book a demonstration, or start with a short call about your systems so we can tell you what each agent can read from and write to in your environment. You can also register for an early-access place.
Drafts the note, the discharge summary and the letter from the record, every line cited. Nothing is filed until a clinician signs.
Reads the whole record, flags the unopened result and the buried allergy, and proposes the test or the medicine. It never orders.
Proposes the item with its criteria and the lines in the note that meet them. The clinician chooses and claims.
Refills the cancelled slot from the waitlist, in the order clinicians set. A person books.
Checks details and eligibility before the visit, sends the forms, and passes the patient’s reason to the clinician.
Checks every referral is complete before it leaves and when it arrives, so it is not sent back six weeks later.
Prepares the authority, the approval and the pre-approval a prescription or a procedure needs. A clinician signs.
Keeps one list of what was meant to happen after a visit or a discharge, and who is chasing it.
Finds who is due, drafts the recall, and keeps one list reconciled with yours.
Answers questions about the service from your own approved information. Anything clinical goes to a person.
We will show you the agents you are interested in, working on a sample of your own records.
