Who we are

Amalthēa Health (ABN 94 698 974 417) builds compliance, funding and clinical software for Australian care and health providers. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. In this statement, "we" and "our" mean Amalthēa Health, and "this site" means amaltheahealth.com.

This statement covers our website only. Personal information we handle inside our platforms on behalf of a provider is governed by our agreement with that provider, who remains responsible for the records in their systems.

What we collect

What you give us in a form. When you request early access, contact us or apply for a role, we collect the details in that form — your name, work email, phone number, organisation, role, what you'd like to solve, and, for job applications, your résumé.
What your browser sends. Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies and similar storage. Only as set out in the cookie section below.

We do not ask for health information, participant or patient records, or government identifiers through this website. Please do not include them in a form.

Why we collect it and how we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough or demonstration, and manage the early access programme.
To assess a job application.
To keep the site secure, to fix faults, and to understand which pages are useful — only with your consent for anything beyond what the site needs to function.

We will not sell your information, and we will not use it to train an AI model.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you — currently our website host and form processor (Netlify) and our email provider — and where the law requires it. Our platforms and data are hosted in Australia. Some suppliers may store limited website data overseas; where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and early-access details for as long as we are in contact with you about them, and for up to two years afterwards so we can pick up the conversation. Job applications are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@amaltheahealth.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies and storage

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. This site keeps its use of them to a minimum. When you first arrive you can accept or reject everything that is optional. Whatever you choose, we record that choice — that record is itself a functional cookie, and it is the only thing set before you decide.

We do not currently run analytics or marketing tags on this site. If we add them, they will load only where you have accepted that category.

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the functional cookie means you'll be asked about cookies again on your next visit.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored in our form processor's dashboard and emailed to us; access is limited to the people who need it and protected by single sign-on with multi-factor authentication.

Changes to this statement

If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will ask for your cookie choices again.
