Every time a new regulation or compliance standard is introduced across hospitals, aged care facilities, or disability services, the weight falls heavily on the frontline staff and administrators. They are forced to build manual workarounds, manage mismatched software, check rosters against care minutes by hand, and explain financial variances from systems that simply do not talk to each other. The clinical ecosystem brings a different ecosystem but with similar challenges.
